SIP Trunk is today the cheapest and most flexible way to connect a company PBX to the public network - it replaces physical ISDN and PSTN lines with a virtual link over the internet. The choice of operator matters, and the differences start with price.
That is why we begin with what the Polish market lacks most: concrete rates. Half of the operators do not publish prices at all, so any comparison usually ends in a round of phone calls. Below you will find ACTIO pricing and every competitor rate that is publicly available, followed by a comparison of features, integrations and what you actually get beyond voice.
How much does SIP Trunk cost? ACTIO pricing
At ACTIO the trunk itself is billed by the number of concurrent calls, meaning channels, with no per-user fees. A landline number costs 4 zł net per month and includes one channel, so the realistic entry point is 4 zł net/month plus traffic. A company that needs more concurrent calls - five, ten or twenty - moves straight to the up to 20 channels tier at 60 zł net per month. A fixed-term contract is optional: with no commitment you pay the base rate, and committing to 12 or 24 months lowers the monthly fee.
| LANDLINE SIP TRUNK - concurrent calls | No commitment | 12-month contract | 24-month contract |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 channel | included with the landline number - 4.00 zł net/month | ||
| up to 20 channels | 60.00 zł | 55.00 zł | 50.00 zł |
| up to 50 channels | 149.00 zł | 129.00 zł | 100.00 zł |
| above 50 channels | individual terms - no upper limit | ||
The same trunk also runs on a mobile number - that is SIP Trunk Mobile. The mobile number costs from 25 zł net per month (50 / 39 / 25) and handles one call; channel tiers are priced separately.
| SIP TRUNK MOBILE - concurrent calls | No commitment | 12-month contract | 24-month contract |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 call | included in the price of the number | ||
| up to 20 channels | 120.00 zł | 110.00 zł | 100.00 zł |
| up to 50 channels | 249.00 zł | 229.00 zł | 200.00 zł |
| above 50 channels | individual terms - no upper limit | ||
The tiers price concurrency, but there is no scaling ceiling: above 50 channels no limit is imposed, terms are agreed individually. You add further channels in minutes, with no installation, no hardware swap and no downtime.
Competitor pricing - what operators publish
The rates below come from operators' public price lists and were verified at source on 31 July 2026. This is everything that can be established without contacting a salesperson, and that in itself is telling: among the operators we checked, only ACTIO, Platan, SuperVoIP, EasyCall and Datera publish SIP trunk pricing. PLFON, Orange, Netia and Telestrada quote on request only.
| Operator | Billing model | Entry price | Details | Source (as of 31 July 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ACTIO | per channel | from 4 zł net/month | landline number 4 zł with one channel included. Channel tiers: up to 20 channels 60 zł with no commitment (55 zł on 12 months, 50 zł on 24 months), up to 50 channels 149 / 129 / 100 zł, above 50 channels individual terms. The same service on a mobile number: number 10 zł, up to 20 channels 120 / 110 / 100 zł, up to 50 channels 249 / 229 / 200 zł. Calls billed separately, from 0.03 zł net/min | ACTIO Firma+ price list ACTIO: price list of 18.08.2026 |
| SuperVoIP | packages | 99 zł net/month | package "20" 99 zł (20 channels, 2 SIP accounts), "50" 149 zł (50 channels, 5 accounts), "100" 199 zł (100 channels, 10 accounts) | price list |
| EasyCall | per channel | from 60 zł net/month | quoted from the operator's page: the monthly cost of a SIP trunk for 5 channels "starts from 60 zł net" | SIP trunk page |
| Platan | per channel | 45 zł net/month | 3 channels: 45 zł with no fixed term, 35 zł on a 12-month contract, 25 zł on 24 months; 10 channels 75/65/45 zł; 20 channels 135/125/105 zł. Activation 100 zł with no fixed term or 10 zł on a term contract. The variant with a minute bundle is 6 zł cheaper | price list |
| HaloNet | no SIP Trunk product | – | the /oferta/sip-trunk/ address redirects to the home page; the offer covers VoIP telephony and a cloud PBX, not a trunk. The rates quoted previously referred to VoIP numbering | address checked |
| Datera | per channel | 160 zł net/month | SIP Trunk 10: 160 zł with no fixed term, 118 zł on 12 months; SIP Trunk 20: 250 / 187 zł; SIP Trunk 30: 330 / 246 zł | price list PDF |
| PLFON, Orange, Netia, Telestrada | no public pricing | – | the SIP trunk product pages contain no figures at all; pricing only after contacting sales | operators' product pages |
The market has no common denominator: one bills per channel, another per package, a third quotes no price at all. Every comparison therefore needs a caveat. At ACTIO the monthly fee covers channels and the number, while calls are billed separately - from 0.03 zł net/min to landlines and from 0.06 zł to mobiles. Some operators bundle minutes into the subscription, so at high volumes the balance can look very different from the monthly fee alone. For orientation: at 20 concurrent calls ACTIO is 60 zł net for channels plus a number at 4 zł, while the closest public equivalent at SuperVoIP (package "20", 20 channels and 2 SIP accounts) costs 99 zł net. Before deciding, work out your own scenario including traffic - that is the only fair comparison.
Competitor prices were checked on 31 July 2026 on publicly available pages and in operators' official price lists; links to the sources are in the last column of the table. Our own rates come from the ACTIO price list effective 18 August 2026. Price lists are changed without notice, so verify the rates at source before deciding.
What is SIP Trunk and what makes an operator strong
SIP Trunk is a digital bridge between a company PBX and the operator's network. The key advantage: you do not have to replace your whole infrastructure. You can connect both a physical PBX sitting in your server room and a software one - 3CX, Asterisk or FreePBX.
A good trunk must deliver crystal-clear HD Voice, routing without delay and freedom to scale channels. But voice alone is no longer enough - companies look for one operator that also provides numbering, SMS and integrations with voice bots.
Three ways to integrate with your PBX
- Registration-based authentication - you receive SIP credentials (server, login, password) and enter them in the PBX. The simplest route, and it also works in hosted environments where the public IP may change.
- IP-based authentication - for fixed, known addresses, without a login.
- SIP URI integration - lets you connect ACTIO to platforms that address traffic by URI: Twilio in BYOC mode or Asterisk PJSIP (
server_uri/client_uri). Ready-made templates are in the configuration guides.

Short competitor analysis
- Ringostat - a foreign platform rooted in call tracking and CRM. Strong in marketing, but as a raw, high-volume SIP Trunk it can be costly and does not offer full mobile infrastructure.
- HaloNet and SuperVoIP - solid operators for smaller deployments, focused on traditional VoIP. They lack advanced virtual mobile products and native support for demanding voice bots.
- EasyCall and ipfon - market veterans with sound SIP Trunk technology. Their product range has not evolved as quickly in recent years, so SMS API or next-generation voicebot integrations require external integrators.
- Platan - a Polish PBX manufacturer with years of experience; offers SIP services on its own hardware base. It bills in channel tiers, much like ACTIO, and is the only operator in this comparison that publishes a complete price list as a dated document.
- PLFON (Peoplefone Poland) - operator within an international group, with a stable offer and business numbering, but no public price list.
What you get at ACTIO beyond voice
ACTIO (a brand of SYNTELL S.A.), a Polish operator registered with UKE, bets on completeness: one trunk handles calls, SMS and numbering. Instead of contracts with several suppliers - SMS separately, SIM cards separately, hotline separately - you get everything from one operator running its own network.
- Geographic numbers from every Polish area code plus international numbers, with porting (MNP) and the first 3 months free of subscription fees.
- Virtual MOBILE numbers - a Polish mobile number running entirely over VoIP, with no physical SIM card, connected to your PBX and answered on several devices at once.
- Mobile numbering with a physical SIM under ACTIO Mobile - employee phones on one subscription with the company VoIP system.
- Two-way SMS on the same number as calls, SMS with an alphanumeric sender (the customer sees your company name) and SMS API for OTP codes, order notifications and campaigns.
Two-way SMS directly inside 3CX, with no separate gateway
Most VoIP providers in Poland limit the PBX to voice alone. ACTIO implemented a capability unique in the country: SMS handled directly in the 3CX app. When a customer texts your company number, the message appears in the 3CX chat window on desktop and smartphone - and you reply from the same panel. The whole contact history, voice and text, stays in one place. No hardware gateway, no external platform; ACTIO has been a 3CX partner since 2009 and configures the trunk for you.
Ready for voice bots and AI Voice Agents
Traditional operators struggle with dropped packets, which for AI systems means choppy bot audio and speech-recognition errors. The ACTIO trunk was designed for low latency and stability, so it supports voice bots holding fluent real-time dialogue and automated hotlines handling hundreds of concurrent calls without losing audio quality.
Migrating from ISDN - what you actually gain
| Aspect | ISDN / PSTN | SIP Trunk ACTIO |
|---|---|---|
| Link | leased copper lines | internet, no leasing |
| Scaling | technician visit, weeks | further channels in minutes |
| Billing | fixed subscription regardless of use | channel tiers, the first channel included with the number |
| PBX and numbers | - | you keep both (MNP) |
Summary
On the Polish SIP Trunk market the biggest problem is not technology but transparency. Several of the operators we checked - PLFON, Orange, Netia and Telestrada - publish no price at all, and those who do bill in different units: per channel or per package of channels and minutes.
ACTIO puts the price on the table: a landline number with one channel for 4 zł net per month, up to 20 channels from 50 zł, up to 50 channels from 100 zł on a 24-month term, no upper limit above 50 channels. On top of that: its own telecommunications network, support for physical and software PBXs, SIP URI integration, two-way SMS in 3CX, virtual mobile numbers without a SIM card and readiness for voice bots.
If you want us to price your scenario, three details help: which PBX you use (3CX, Yeastar, Asterisk, other), how many concurrent calls the trunk must handle, and whether you need SMS and mobile numbering.
